Support at Home replaces the older Home Care Packages from 1 July 2025. It's a single, simpler federal program for older Australians who want help to stay independent at home — covering everything from cleaning and personal care to allied health and respite.
Once you have a My Aged Care assessment, most participants are matched to funding within weeks to a few months depending on assessed priority. We help you prepare for the assessment so you get the right classification first time.
Under Support at Home, the government covers clinical care 100% and contributes most of the cost for independence and everyday-living services. Co-contributions are means-tested but capped — we'll walk you through your exact estimate in your free consultation.
