Personal care and daily living assistance is funded under NDIS Core Supports — specifically the "Assistance with Daily Life" category. We charge strictly in line with the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Every NDIS plan is different. Hours, support ratios, travel, time of day and worker qualifications all change what's claimed against your plan.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all price list, we'll review your plan and goals with you and provide a transparent quote — written, itemised, and easy to compare.

Yes, we respect that personal care is intimate and you have every right to request a support worker of your preferred gender. We also accommodate cultural, religious, and language preferences wherever possible. Just let us know your requirements when we create your support plan.
We provide support at times that work for you, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Different rates apply outside standard weekday hours (as per the NDIS Price Guide), but we can help you plan your funding to cover the support you need.
If you don't currently have "Assistance with Daily Life" funding in your plan, you can request it at your next plan review. We can provide supporting documentation and assist you in preparing for your planning meeting. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
