Behaviour support is funded under Capacity Building — CB Improved Relationships. We charge strictly in line with the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits for registered behaviour support providers — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Behaviour support pricing depends on practitioner level (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist), the type of work (face-to-face, assessments, report writing, training), and the goals in your plan.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all price list, we'll review your plan and goals with you and provide a transparent quote — written, itemised, and easy to compare.

A PBS Plan is a document that outlines strategies to support a person with behaviours of concern. It includes proactive strategies (preventing behaviours), reactive strategies (responding safely when behaviours occur), and skill-building approaches. The plan is developed after a thorough assessment and is tailored to the individual. It must be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if circumstances change.
No formal referral is required if you have NDIS funding in the "CB Improved Relationships" category. You can contact us directly. However, you may be referred by your Support Coordinator, Allied Health professional, or other service providers. If you're unsure whether you have funding, we can help you check your plan.
Restrictive practices are interventions that limit a person's freedom of movement, rights, or liberty. Examples include physical restraint, seclusion, environmental restrictions, or chemical restraint. The NDIS requires these practices to be authorised by state authorities, documented in a behaviour support plan, and reviewed regularly with the goal of reduction or elimination. We support providers through the authorisation process and develop strategies to reduce reliance on restrictive practices.
A comprehensive functional behaviour assessment typically involves: an initial intake meeting, observation sessions (usually 2-4 hours across different settings), interviews with family and support team, and document review. The entire process usually takes 2-4 weeks. The resulting assessment report and behaviour support plan may take an additional 1-2 weeks to complete. Urgent cases can sometimes be expedited.
Absolutely! Collaboration is essential for effective behaviour support. We work closely with everyone involved in the person's care—family members, support workers, day program staff, therapists, and other professionals. This includes training your existing team to implement the behaviour support plan, not just developing strategies in isolation.
