GNA is an approved DVA provider for Veterans' Home Care (VHC), DVA Community Nursing, and services under the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP). We support veterans with Gold Cards and White Cards across Australia.
Most DVA services have no out-of-pocket cost for eligible veterans. Veterans' Home Care, Community Nursing, and many other services are billed directly to DVA. A very small co-payment may apply for some VHC services in certain circumstances, but for most veterans, it's completely free.
A Gold Card covers all health conditions (service-related or not), while a White Card covers only conditions accepted by DVA as service-related. Gold Card holders can access all DVA health services; White Card holders can access services for their specific accepted conditions, plus mental health and cancer treatment.
To access VHC, call the VHC Assessment Agency on 1300 550 450. They'll conduct a phone assessment to determine your needs and approved hours. Once approved, you can choose GNA as your provider, or call us on 1300 133 633 and we'll help coordinate the process.
