About the Role

Join our Gosnells-based Aged Care team and help seniors live safely and confidently in their own homes under the Support at Home program.

Key Responsibilities

Personal care and daily living support
Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
Community access and shopping
Medication prompting
Documentation of care notes

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) preferred
National Police Clearance
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
First Aid certification
