Key Responsibilities
Wound care, catheter care, complex nursing assessments
Medication management and administration
Care planning and clinical review
Liaise with GPs, specialists, and allied health
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as RN
Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
Community/aged care experience preferred
Driver's licence and own vehicle
